Your delivery will, for the time being, come in a closed double paper bag with ice packs wrapped in plastic to prevent condensation from undermining your bag's stability.
If you'd like to leave out a cooler instead, or in addition, please do! But ensure you leave frozen ice packs in your cooler, so that it is a cool environment. Would you like to adjust your delivery instructions for us to call or text you when we drop your bag? Drop us a line and let us know!
Your bag can be recycled, but please leave your ice packs out for us to grab on your next delivery. We will wash and thoroughly sanitize them to make sure they are safe to reuse.
