You'll leave class fed, with an exclusive recipe booklet, and ready to impress your friends, family and yourself with your tasty new skills! Some topics to be covered: smoking, baking sauces until firm, tempeh intensive, and more. Basic knife skills and some home cooking experience are recommended for this class.
