  • It is our pleasure to offer a new treat for you for the holidays! The Vegan Pot Pie Made from scratch with love for you by Mary Jayne, owner and Executive Chef behind Thoughtful Baking Co. A stick-to-your-ribs comforting meal that’s completely plant-based, gluten free and vegan.

    Mary Jayne says: All our vegetables are sourced from local NC farms via Freshlist or local Charlotte Farmers Markets. Fresh veggie stock is made for each batch, slowly rendering flavor with fresh herbs and veggies. No vegetable goes to waste in our kitchen, we use all scraps to infuse the stock with rich and hearty flavor. The dough is made from scratch the old fashioned way and the veggies are sautéed fresh for each pie.

    Five inch . Take and Bake. Delivered boxed, already frozen, labeled with ingredients and baking instructions.
