Happy Autumn! Cooler weather is upon us at last! To celebrate, we're baking you a colorful seasonal lasagna. We will sauté Butternut Squash and Fall Greens, layer them with cashew ricotta, roasted onions and broccoli, and top with lovely local roasted tomatoes. You may choose brown rice noodles, or Zoodles (zucchini noodles) for a grain-free option. Each piece gets a sprinkle of Pine Nut Parmesan and includes a heap of Local Apple Pecan Slaw on the side. Savor each bite!
