Chef Linz' has created a new south of the border treat for you! She starts with yellow rice (or yellow cauliflower rice) and folds in black beans. Then she adds heaps of pineapple-y Jackfruit Carnitas, Fire-roasted Zephyr and Yellow Squash. To complete this culinary expedition, she heaps on vegan crema, made from pepitas and roasted poblanos pureed with white beans. To top it off, she adds a cooling bite of Pico de Gallo with fresh avocado on the side. You can't miss this last of the summer treat!
