Our tempeh loaf is made of grated tempeh that we toss with roasted onion, local mushrooms, lentils, and tons of spices like fennel, sage, marjoram, thyme, and basil. This all gets baked and brushed with a homemade apple butter glaze, then sliced up for you! Piled along side this is our creamy cauliflower and quinoa mash with orange-tamari-miso gravy.
