Pasta e fagioli is a traditional Italian pasta dish that we've redesigned with your health in mind! We have swapped the pasta for protein-powerhouse organic quinoa. To this we add in the essential fagioli ingredients: fresh local arugula and oregano, local heirloom tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, white beans, arugula, and olives. This all doused with a lightly sweet, balsamic vinegar dressing. Buon Appetito!!
Our Power Bowl packs healthy fats and big protein into a small, delicious, lower carb meal. It's perfect for a regenerative post-workout boost. We start with Balsamic Blackened Cauliflower and Chickpeas for a flavorful grain-free base, then add scoops of Masala Hummus and Lentil-Sunflower Sausage. Lastly we add Sesame Massaged Kale for its phytonutrients, and Living Seed Croutons for crunch, making this bowl a powerful grain-free dish.
