Won't you join us this Saturday at 7th Street Public Market's Wellness Fair?

Next Saturday, February 9th, Viva Raw and 7th Street Public Market are
co-hosting their first annual wellness fair!

This event is an opportunity to explore the variety of healthy options that are offered in Uptown Charlotte, including our fresh, vegan, gluten-free grab and go meals available every day inside Viva Raw's space! Between 4pm and 9pm, regular 7th Street Public Market vendors will be featuring healthier options on their menus (some vegan and some non), plus a handful of other local vendors will be visiting the market with products and information to support a healthier lifestyle - everything from yoga to tonics to thai massages, and more! 

As part of the event, they will also be hosting the monthly Charlotte Vegan Drinks meet up group from 7-9pm! That's where Nourish comes in.

During these couple of hours we will be set up right beside the Viva Raw
booth serving samples and also selling our Power Bowls and a decadent
version of our Butternut Mac & Cheese!

No matter if you're vegan, vegetarian or simply veg-curious, this evening is a great opportunity to mingle with interesting folks in the community over a relaxing plant-based meal and glass of wine. Plus, be sure to bring some cash for the chance to win wonderful raffle prizes while benefiting our not-for-profit friends, 7th Street Public Market + The Humane League!

Parking is free for 90 minutes in the deck above 7th Street Public Market with validation of your parking ticket. If you plan to stay longer than 90 minutes, we recommend parking in the $6 parking lot across 7th Street.
