Summer is here and that means that the lovely season of vacations is in full swing! If you are a meal plan subscriber, this blog is for you.
Our system can be a little tricky to navigate when it comes to skipping orders. We wanted to take a moment to break it down for you.
Your subscriptions and upcoming orders are listed on your account page. To update your entire subscription or individual orders, click the "View details" link. Remember that we are always available if you have questions or concerns.
The main thing to remember is that the Subscription Renewal Date is the billing date, NOT the delivery date! Your subscription renews on the day of the week you first subscribed - that can be as many as eleven days before delivery date. For example, if your subscription runs on Saturday the 1st, your actual delivery day would be either Monday the 10th, or Tuesday the 11th.
