Three Green Crowns for Nourish!

Last week, we had the pleasure of receiving a new award from the City of Charlotte, alongside our pals Viva Raw - Charlotte's Green Crown!

Charlotte’s Green Crown is a citywide program that shines a spotlight on establishments in the restaurant industry implementing environmentally sustainable practices. By earning one, two, or three crowns based on level of environmental commitment, the distinguished Green Crown will encourage other owners to evaluate and modify their business operations, while ultimately reducing the use of our natural resources.

We have always been committed to creating as little waste and carbon footprint as possible in our shared facility but it was lovely to get to meet other local operations as passionate about environmental friendliness as we are. This year, we were part of a group of 10 establishments getting this award - here's to far more, next year!
