Product Spotlight: Our Weekly Frittata!

Yay! It's a hit! Y'all have been LOVING our new product - Chef Julia's Frittata!

Each week, I come up with a new combination of local/seasonal flavors and housemade or sustainably sourced vegan cheeses set between layers of organic tofu, pressed into a frittata-style casserole and baked until crispy and delish.

This is, just so you know, my very favorite breakfast.

Reminiscent of tasty bistro brunches from my time in Paris and inspired by a favey French cafe from my art school days in NYC, there's a lot to love about a plate of savory breakfast strata with fresh greens and some freshly cut fruit.

This is also probably a good time to talk about why we aren't afraid of intentionally sourced soy at Nourish. While we do believe moderation is key (just like any food!) we don't have any problem with soy once a day, especially in a delicious and epic application such as our frittata.
