Before there were Custom Meal Plans, there were our Regular Meal Plans. And we've got some really amazing ones! 

Our Meal Plans make life just so much easier! No more worrying about getting your order in on time, no more last minute dashes to the grocery store, no more stressing about what's for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  And remember - if you sign up for a subscription, Meal Plans are 15% off, which can equate to one or two FREE meals each week!

The Just Lunches Plan

The OG plan. 5 lunches for you, delivered on either Monday or Tuesday, to make your working lunch a nutritional powerhouse. You're welcome.

The Breakfast and Lunches Plan  

Looking for just working day food? We've got you covered with our Breakfasts and Lunches Plan! Just grab and go in the morning - but don't forget that snack pack to help you make it through the day!

The Just Dinners Plan

De-stress your work week. Have 3, 4 or 5 nights of nutritious, 100% vegan, 100% gluten-free dinners delivered right to your door, and enjoy a leisurely dinner and a restful evening. You deserve it!

The Nourish Cleanses

Kick start your health with The Nourish Starter Cleanse, or fully revitalize with The Nourish Master Cleanse. Each cleanse contains breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a full 5 days, plus snacks and a cleanse guide to help you along the way.

The Starter Cleanse is best for those new to a plant-based diet as it contains entrees and more dense food for a smoother transition.

The Master Cleanse is more of a challenge and focuses on light foods, tonics, and kombucha for weight loss and detoxing.

The Professional Plan

Nourish your body before, during, and after pregnancy with this exclusive meal planWe're here to bring you prepared meals for your comfort and your baby's development so that you can spend more time enjoying the journey of parenthood, from getting ready to getting to know your little one. Each order contains five days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all plant-based and all nutrient-dense.

The Family Plan

We do the cooking so that you can make the memories. Order our Family Plan today for four meals for four people, plus salads, snacks, baked oats for breakfast, and our kid-loved Mac and Cheese.
