Hey guys! Chef Julia here. I've known Lindsay for a number of years - as a customer, but also as a healthy food advocate in and around town. Lovely human, and super easy to talk to - maybe that's why, when she asked if she could sit me down and pick my brain over food as a healing agent, I agreed!
